Sharpe Distillery Tasting Room

A craft distillery with a 638 sq ft tasting room and a 944 sq ft still room. The tasting bar sits under a vaulted ceiling, a covered patio extends the space outdoors, and the production area houses the stills.

PozzobonDesigns is the design practice of Josh Pozzobon, an architectural designer based in Calgary.

My career started on job sites, framing, roofing, and pouring concrete, and that shapes how I draw. Since 2018 I've taken custom homes and small commercial projects from first concept to full permit set. From 2020 to 2026 I was Lead Architectural Designer at Built Prefab, producing permit packages for single-family and multi-unit modular buildings and coordinating with engineers, consultants, and the factory from design through fabrication.
